Agitated artist here, 2020 was a bad year for all of us. I along with others had to reevaluate my business and finances. Changes had to be made. When my renewals come up sometimes the costs are more than I can afford. A few years ago I had to do the same thing. Knowing the risk, because I lost all of my content in 2018. You can imagine how I felt this time when I heard I would not lose my content. I was over joyed.
Joy turns to frustration
My joy was short lived, because today things are not that simple. Told it will take a day or two check back so, I did and everything seem to be there. I went on to add a new post and I had no problems. Okay now fast forward to this week. I noticed that the last year was gone I lost my posts from 11-19 until now!
But wait I’m getting ahead of the events that led up to this point. This predicament started three weeks ago. Two days ago I tried to log on, there was no web-site and no visible site to be found. I got on the phone with my hosting site and was assured everything was not a total lost and something got messed up in the transfer.
Again I’m told that it can still be done and that I shouldn’t lose any content. Today that is not what I found. My site is back I am happy about that but I lost a year of content there is nothing that can be done at this point. I just can’t believe this happened again.
I’m still learning to how to keep my web-site up to date and make changes. After the loss in 2018 I save everything. Decision I made is I can use the old content which I started to do as I add more new post.
This agitated artist would rather be painting or drawing
This agitated artist would rather be spending this time in my studio painting. Feeling irked yet still happy I had not lost it all, so I’m adding new content along with the old. Making my old post new for those of you who haven’t visited here before. If you are returning I hope you’re not disappointed, because I will be adding brand new post. Please check out my blog, paintings and drawing so you can keep up on my site.
