Training Is Self Discipline

Sometimes I think people buy training material and set it on the shelf and hope it will jump into their brain. Well good luck with that. Give yourself permission to do what you have to. No one can change your situation, but you.

The person that is actively seeking to improve their life will do what needs done. Make up your mind to travel a path of self-control. Start today by picking a challenge. See what needs done, do it and stay consistent. By not dwelling on your problems your train your mind up to change yourself and the problems will take care of themselves.

I want you to feel good about yourself. So every day when you open your eyes, stretch, take in a deep breath and say to yourself. Good morning! I am grateful for everything in my life. As an adult, I have the choice to do what’s right.

You will start to see small changes in your life. Work on self-discipline by practice decision-making, no matter how small think before you act. One part of discipline is to developing a good habit in place of a bad habit with your focus on the good habit. I can say I will do something, but when I don’t I lose my credible to myself. I can buy it and put it on a shelf, but that is not going to make me accountable for the choice I made when I bought it. You are not going to get there without doing your home work.

After a while it will become part of your character. So here is a challenge find something that you want and get it. The only thing is before you get it you have to go through the hoops to get it. Every day you will have to do the same thing you did the day before to get it. You have choices not obstacles. Every time we use your gift to make a choice we are saying that we are important and a free thinking adult.

If there is some training you have put off, do it. That’s easier said than done, right. What you don’t understand is it is just that easy. It starts with you making a choice. You may think that you are a positive person, I did. Then when I started to work on my mind-set I found that I wasn’t as positive as I thought. Turns out now that I look back I am more of an optimist. I knew everything would work out if I just could get…. My reality is I have everything I need. I have to make the choice to do it. Buying more training is not going to get business or my weight under control if I don’t do anything about it.

It’s hard to think about doing twenty articles in twenty days if you dwell on it. Plan on working every day until you have the changes in your life. Make a choice to keeping focus on today and write something positive, that will help someone. Adding a creative outlet is something I strongly recommend. I listen to the training and share what I get out of it. Because, if I need it than someone else might need it too. Pass it on, just be yourself.

As you work on your creativity, you are all so working in a positive mind-set. You are making choices that will feed your soul and change your thinking. You are actively doing what you need and not what others tell you that you need. Your mind-set will only change if you put in the time. The key is you and if you hold yourself accountable for our choices. You are on a path to change yourself. No one is going to give you a sticker for buying it and putting it on the shelf. You will change if you do what you have to. Everything worth getting takes work. That is why you see the people you admire because they did the work to get there. Changing yourself begins as you see every small decision as a victory to yourself.
